農研機構北海道農業研究センター 池田成志先生のお世話で、「水生植物ウキクサ～その持続的農業への貢献の可能性と課題～」と題して森川先生が講演されました。現地の農業経営者の方々などと直接お話をするなかで次なる課題も見つかるなど、貴重な機会だったそうです。写真は十勝毎日新聞（2019. 6. 15.）の記事です。

Prof. Morikawa gave a lecture entitled “Aquatic Plant Duckweed -Its Potential and Challenges for Sustainable Agriculture-” at the seminar organized by Agricultural Research Center for Hokkaido. It was a valuable opportunity for Dr. Morikawa to find the next challenge while talking directly with local farmers.
