Summary:

My research seeks to understand how sensory pollutants, such as anthropogenic noise and artificial night lighting, alter behaviors, distributions, and interactions in organisms. My approach combines field-based observations and controlled experiments. My areas of interest include both basic and applied ecological questions, with the latter now my primary focus, and I study various taxonomic groups including birds, amphibians, and insects.
